Gameplay:
Eight pages, containing mysterious and creepy messages such as Can't Run, Help Me, or NO NO NO NO NO NO, are scattered throughout a forest. Your goal is to collect the eight pages to win the game. The pages are located in various landmarks such as an abandoned vehicles, a building, a tunnel, a stone pillar, and fuel tanks. In the end, if you collect all eight pages, you think you win. But, the nice ol' Slenderman comes and "captures" you. When Slenderman "captures" you, the screen will go fuzzy and you lose.
Review:
People have told me the game is really scary. However, I think it wasn't scary at all. It was definitely creepy, what with having t walk through a forest, at night, with nothing but a flashlight. I only managed to collect one page before quitting the game to research on the game a little more. I wasn't able to encounter Slenderman, which was odd, because he's supposed to appear after you get your first note or you travel to opne of the landmarks mentioned in the gameplay above. The game, surprisingly, is a little boring, just walking slowly through a forst, and I think that the creator (Mark J. Hadley) should have had Slenderman appear more often, in order to keep the game exciting.
Who Is This Slender guy anyway?
Slenderman is a tall "man" in a buisness suit with no facial features. He basically looks like an egg in a suit :D
He can be seen in the left of the picture above.
