It's Starting To Look Like Christmas!

Haylo (Hey+Hello) guys how are you doing today? Today I'm doing something a little different besides my regular reviews (SOTW will be posted later) I'm going to talk about Christmas! I've already set up the Christmas Tree, got some egg nog, and rented Elf. I did all my christmas shopping online at amazon.com (new .com choice?) and spent over $30 on Christmas gifts.

In this section of this post I'm going to talk about favorite Christmas movies!


Top Ten Christmas Movies:

#10. A Christmas Story (1983)
A Christmas Story is a 1983 comedy film about a boy named Ralphie who just wants a Red Rider BB Gun for Christmas, but keeps getting the response "You'll shoot your eye out!" Will he get the BB Gun? Watch to find out!


#9. Rudolph, The Red Nosed-Reindeer (1964)
Rudolph is a Christmas classic, I've seen it probably every year. Rudolph (shortened title) is a 1964 short film that was made for TV (TV Film). It's a classic story about a reindeer who gets harassed because of his unusual shiny red nose, but, come Christmas time, his nose is the only hope to light the way for Santa to get to all the kids in time.


#8. How The Grinch Stole Christmas (1966)
This animated version of the beloved Dr. Seuss book is awesome and a holiday classic! It's about a mean creature reffered to as the "Grinch" who hates the cheery feeling of Christmas, so decides to steal Christmas itself!
                                           
#7. Fred Claus (2007)
Fred Claus is a 2007 comedy film about Santa Claus' cranky older brother, Fred, who moves to the North Pole in order to get money from his brother, Santa Claus. Fred has to work and review the lists to determine whos naughty and nice in order to get the $50,000 it takes to open up a off-track betting shop. I chose this movie to place at #7 becauyse 7 is my favorite number, though this isn't my favorite, but it's high up there.
#6.The Polar Express (2004)
Now, I saw this in 3-D when it first came out, and I thought it was okay. I watched it again recently, and I think it's a great movie. It emphasizes the whole "Stop Believing, Stop Receiving" saying. The Polar Express is a 2004 Family Adventure film about a young boy who had heard from his friends at school that Santa is not real. At midnight, a strange train called the Polar Express comes and takes the boy on the journey of a lifetime. This movie is based off of the classic Chris Van Alsburg book.

#5. A Charlie Brown Christmas (1965)
A Charlie Brown Christmas is a 1965 TV Movie about a young boy, the pop culture icon Charlie Brown, who basically buys a really bad tree and everyone says that it's stupid and that he's ruined the school play. But then everyone realizes it's not the decoration, or the tree, or the presents that makes christmas, it's the spirit.

#4. Elf (2003)
Elf is a 2003 comedy movie starring Will Ferrell. Elf is abut a man who thinks he's an elf but finds out he's just a regular human, and goes to New York to find his real parents.

#3. The Nightmare Before Christmas (1993)
The nightmare Before Christmas is a 1993 Fantasy movie about A skeleton named Jack from Halloweentown, who discovers a gateway to Christmas Town, where he tries bringing Christmas to Haloweentown.

How The Grinch Stole Christmas (Often refferred to as "The Grinch" is a 2000 comedy about a creature called the "Grinch" who hatches a plan to steal Christmas. This film features the hillarious Jim Carrey.
